IMPORTANT TIMES:
- Tentative Warm-up times 4:30, 4:50, 5:10, 5:30, 5:50, 6:00
- 4:30 – Forest Hollow Lanes 1-4, Sleepy Hollow Rec 5-6
- 4:50 – Holmes Run Lanes 1-3, Woodley Lanes 4-6
- 5:10 – Sleepy Hollow Bath and Racquet Lanes 1-3, Broyhill Crest Lanes 4-6
- 5:30 – Dowden Terrace Lanes 1-3, Arlington Forest Lanes 4-6
- 5:50 – Warm up over
- 6:00 – Meet begins
(We plan to have a second warm up after 11/12’s with one lane per team for 10 mins if the weather and timing allows)

ADMISSION: There is no admission charge for spectators.
PROGRAMS: Will be available for $1.00.
CONCESSIONS: A variety of food and drinks will be available for purchase before and during the meet. The Gator Grill will be fired up and serving dinner, snacks, snow cones and drinks through out the meet. This year the grill has expanded their menu to include a delicious grilled chicken Caesar salad in addition to the burgers, dogs, nachos, chicken, brats and boca burgers too. We make a great effort to appeal to most every appetite.
MERCHANDISE: Again this year we will be selling Todd Potts IM Carnival Pinnies. $20 for the solid colors and $23 for tie-dye.
SCORING: Place: 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th 11th 12th

AWARDS: Place Ribbons will be awarded for first through twelfth places and Competitor Ribbons for other positions. Team awards will be presented to the highest scoring team and the runner-up.
SUPERVISION: Coaches and Team Reps are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers and for cleaning up their assigned team areas during and after the meet.
PARKING: We will have attendants in bright orange vests in the parking lot at the beginning of the meet directing traffic and assisting with packing the parking lot. In addition, there will be a kiss and swim area set up for you to drop your swimmer off before parking.
PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR FAMILIES TO CARPOOL. Once the lot is full, parents may drop swimmers off at the bathhouse before parking across the street from the pool in a pool member’s yard *or on the adjoining streets.
FOR THIS MEET ONLY… Turn left out of the pool lot and make the first right into the Lynch’s yard or first left for street parking on Sleepy Hollow Road.
*Please be careful crossing Old Columbia Road, do not let your children cross it alone.
CHAIRS: Please have swimmers bring folding chairs or blankets to sit on.
POP UP SHELTERS: I’d encourage you to bring Pop up Shelters for shade – it’s only for the first few hours but it will help! 😉 You may bring them earlier in the day if you’d like.
