This Sunday, 6/14, Forest Hollow will be raising money for LLS – come out and swim some laps for a good cause!
Every season, the Gator Swim Team swims to raise money for LLS (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society). This year, the swim-a-thon is open to all pool members.
Swimmers secure pledges or flat donations and complete as many laps as possible. Click here to donate online or pledge to donate on behalf of a swimmer based on how many laps they swim this Sunday. Everyone is welcome to swim, too!
Schedule
- 7:45-8:45am – Adults and 13+
- 8:55-9:55am – 9-12
- 10:00-10:45am – 8 and under
If you donate online, please include your swimmer’s name in the message field so they get credit. Volunteers are needed to help count laps and set up and clean up the pool. Click here to sign up or just pitch in.

About LLS
The LLS strives to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
An estimated 1,012,533 people in the United States are living with, or are in remission from, leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma or myeloma.
Approximately every four minutes, someone new is diagnosed with blood cancer.
Leukemia causes more deaths than any other cancer among children, adolescents and young adults under the age of 20.
