We realize many of our members have both parents working full time outside the home, and we want to make it easier for all our families to use the facilities as much as possible. Our new policy makes it possible for Nannies and full time sitters to come to the club with your family at no charge. In order to take advantage of this exception, please email PresFHSC@gmail.com with your name, your nanny’s name, his/her contact information and the dates they will be watching the kids. Also, we need an emergency phone number for the nanny in case something happens: insurance information and insurance phone number. There will be a list of this information kept at the front desk, similar to the membership roster. When your family arrives, they will sign in as usual. The nanny will sign in separately on the next line so we know who is at the facility in case of incident. For example: Front Desk Sign-In Sheet: [table “13” not found /]
This new policy does not apply to part-time sitters or out of town guests. It is also not meant for Nannies to use the facility without their charges. For those purposes, the usual guest policy will apply. We hope this helps, and if there is more we can do to make the club more user-friendly, we are listening!
