- Caravan leaves FH at 7:20am sharp! If you are not joining caravan, please respond to this email and let teamrepfhsc@gmail.com know so there is no panic about meet attendance.

SWIMMERS ARE NOT TO LEAVE THE MEET WITHOUT ADVISING TEAM REP OR HEAD COACH ELVIN, ASS”T COACH WILLIE OR B MEET REP BOB ELKINS. Sometimes we have last minute changes and we may need your swimmer for a relay.

VOLUNTEERS
We still need volunteers!! Please sign up up here… https://www.foresthollow.com/volunteers/ our Division Coordinator asked me to remind our volunteers to be in navy pants/shorts/skirts and white shirts…. Let’s represent FH well.

Directions: The pool is located near the GW Parkway in Alexandria, VA – there are various ways to get there but several include getting on the Beltway. The caravan will be taking Little River Turnpike East which turns to Duke Street. We’ll take this to make a right onto GW Memorial Parkway (S. Washington Street) then a right on Waynewood and left onto Dalebrook Drive. It’s a very nice drive on this route. I suggest carpooling to the extent possible. Parking is in the lot (they will leave as empty as possible) or on the street. CARAVAN – highly recommended but optional
We will caravan from Forest Hollow on Saturday morning. We will met beginning at 7:00am. The caravan will leave at 7:20am sharp.

GATOR TEAM SPIRIT
If you have your Gator car flag…make sure you put it in your window! If you do not have one.. buy one tonight at the Potluck from Cara Dalrymple our merchandising guru.
The Gators will meet in the parking lot and enter the pool together.
ALL Swimmers are required to wear their team cap. Team suit preferred, if not team colors please.. SHOW YOUR GATOR TEAM SPIRIT!!!

GATOR TEAM AREA
The team area is in grass next to the flag post at the end of the pool. Swimmers will need to bring chairs if they would like chairs. A volunteer to bring a canopy or two would be great! PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN TEAM AREA, Our B Meet Rep Bob Elkins is in the team area with the swimmers…. If you need anything or your swimmer, please approach him.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available – they mentioned coffee, donuts, muffins etc….
GATOR TEAM SPIRIT SPORTSMANSHIP – worth repeating
Remind your swimmers to wear team colors, attire, shake hands following each race, to be humble winners, and gracious losers. Be respectful to volunteers and officials. Sportsmanship is the key to Gator success!!
Parents, wear team colors, cheer our swimmers and theirs… be gracious to our host team, volunteers and officials.
WHAT NEXT??? LETS CELEBRATE!!
· Following our victory Forest Hollow Gators will go to for lunch and a celebration. Location to be determined and will be announced during the meet
